Shipping & Returns

When will my order be shipped?
We always try to ship out your order the same-day. During busy periods, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time. When shipping to P.O. Boxes please be sure to include your phone number and email so that UPS may contact you for delivery.

What type of packaging does my order come in?
All orders are shipped in standard boxes and/or protective envelopes.

Do you accept returns?
Purchased items may be returned in perfect condition up to 14 days after their initial receipt for store credit, less initial shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate the return process at info@seoulprojects.com at earliest convenience. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you provide return labels?
We do not. Buyer must pay return shipping fees.
